An Army E-5 in Korea was charged with one specification of attempted sexual assault in violation of Article 80 and four specifications of sexual assault in violation Article 120, UCMJ. He was also charged with maltreating a subordinate in violation of Article 93, indecent exposure in violation of Article 120c, and assault consummated by battery in violation of Article 128, UCMJ. After being flagged for over a year, the Soldier was found NOT GUILTY of all charges and specifications at General Court Martial.

A Marine E-5 in Okinawa was charged with one specification of Aggravated Assault by using means or force likely to cause serious bodily injury or death (strangulation), and one specification of Assault Consummated by Battery. After exposing critical facts and issues to the judge, all charges were eventually withdrawn and dismissed.

A Marine E-5 in Hawaii was charged with two specifications of Aggravated Assault by using means or force likely to cause serious bodily injury or death (running over a Marine with his truck), one specification of Fleeing Scene of the Accident, one specification of Reckless Endangerment under, and one specification of Drunken Operation of a Vehicle under Article 113, UCMJ. At Special Court Martial, the Marine was found NOT GUILTY of all charges except Drunken Operation of a Vehicle and Reckless Endangerment. Given the nature of the facts exposed at trial, he was not reduced in rank or given a punitive discharge, and he finished his service obligation honorably.

A Navy E-5 in Yokosuka Japan was charged with one specification of sexual assault and one specification of rape. After being on legal hold for over a year, the Sailor was found NOT GUILTY of all charges and specifications at General Court Martial.

An Army O-4 in Korea was issued a GOMOR for making false statements on a security clearance application. After presenting a rebuttal, the Commanding General withdrew and destroyed the GOMOR.

An Army E-4 in Korea was accused of murdering his infant child. The Government's theory was "shaken baby syndrome" also known as "Abusive Head Trauma." After more than one year of litigation up to the day of trial, and even after trial was supposed to begin, the charges were withdrawn and dismissed.

An Army E-7 in Korea was charged with various specifications of cruelty, oppression, or maltreatment of subordinates in violation of Article 93, UCMJ. As a Platoon Sergeant, he was accused of humiliating his Soldiers for promiscuous behavior and having a pet in the barracks, then publicly executing said pet. At Special Court Martial, the Soldier was found NOT GUILTY of all charges and specifications.
